We need your help! Autumnfest is successful each year because of volunteers like you who donate their time and energy, and it is no different this year.

Volunteers are needed to work in the food and game booths, help with set-up and clean-up, and assist in many other areas of operation. (You must be at least 15 years old to work in either game or food booth)

Middle- and high-school students – this is a great way to earn community service hours!

Thank you to those of you who have already signed up to help at Autumnfest!

We’re specifically looking for individuals to fill two new volunteer positions to support “behind of house” operations:

Food Operations Kitchen Prep

Duties include slicing, prepping raw proteins and vegetables, assisting with marinating meats according to recipe prior to grilling, assisting with the making of guacamole and pizza sauce, and the assembly of lettuce, tomato and onion boats for burgers and hot dogs.

Food Operations – Rice Cooker

This position assists with the operation of the 55 Cup Rice Propane Cooker that has been purchased by the Parish.  Cooked rice will be used in items prepared by the Mexican and Asian booths.
